Gleaming Success: Jaquar Lights’ Collaborated with Disney+ Hotstar For A Seamless Brand Integration during Koffee with Karan Season 8

Delving into the heart of Bollywood glamour and candid conversations, Koffee with Karan stands tall as a beloved fixture on Disney+ Hotstar. Known for its A-list guests and memorable banters, the show captivates a discerning audience nationwide. It serves as a coveted platform for brands seeking to connect with upscale demographics, making it an ideal choice for Jaquar Bath+Light. Over two seasons, this association has not only heightened brand visibility but also fostered strong recall among viewers passionate about Bollywood and luxury living.

Execution & Strategy:

  • Seamless Integration: In the show’s opening sequence, Disney+ Hotstar CreativeWorks facilitated Jaquar Lights’ integration of an opulent chandelier, prominently lit and displayed. Positioned strategically on the set, this chandelier remained a focal point throughout all 12 episodes of the show. At the end of every opening sequence, there was a sponsor callout naming Jaquar Bath & Light as the Lighting Sponsor for the season.
  • Rapid Fire Segment: Leveraging the coveted ‘Rapid Fire’ segment of the show, Disney+ Hotstar CreativeWorks created brand recall via a call-out by the show host, Karan Johar, as he asked to , “Turn on the Jaquar Lights for rapid fire round,” before commencing the segment.
  • Brand Signage: Disney+ Hotstar CreativeWorks designed the Jaquar Lounge highlighting the brand signage as well as the range of Jaquar products. The lounge, in which the voters of the ‘Rapid Fire’ segment were seated, was lit up with 22+ table lamps and wall lights showcasing the brand’s lighting collection.
  • Brand Amplification: Over and above the brand-integration during the show, Disney+ Hotstar CreativeWorks also created 4 behind-the-scene videos for the  brand to highlight and showcase the collaboration across  their social media handles, helping the Jaquar Lights achieve a 100% SOV.
  • Branded-window & Aston: To further build visibility through the episodes, Branded windows and astons were created. Disney+ Hotstar CreativeWorks featured a Jaquar moment at the end of six episodes highlighting the fun and intense moments from the show within a branded window. The opening sequence of this special creation was amplified with a voice call-out mentioning the brand.

The strategic association of Jaquar with Disney+ Hotstar enabled the brand to showcase its luxe products  through continuous presence on Koffee with Karan Season 8. The collaboration enabled the brand to tap into affluent audiences as well as create a successful brand recall.
