BRU brings alive India’s love for cricket over coffee sessions on Disney+ Hotstar

To celebrate the cricket and festive fervour in the country while meaningfully engaging with their consumers, BRU, in collaboration with Disney + Hotstar’s branded content & innovation studio, The Brand Lab, has recently launched ‘Love, BRU & Wifey’, on the platform. 

The 6-part limited video series with Sakshi Dhoni stems from the insight that wives usually feel alone during major cricket tournaments with all their husband’s attention on cricket. Throughout the series, Sakshi Dhoni captures some interesting facts about how a cricket fan would do anything to ensure their favourite cricket team wins, while revealing her personal superstitions and calling out some crazy beliefs that her friends and family follow when it comes to cricket.
